Fantastic location,fantastic Spa, staff doing their best just not a 5 Star hotel yet.
Location is amazing Reception was warm and professional Staff were attentive and friendly Spa and staff are amazing albeit let down. See next category.
Rooms are tidy but dated with threadbare carpets. In my opinion not a 5 Star hotel at the moment. Staff, although really attentive forgot many of our orders I.e drinks order. Sugar for the coffee. Eggs at breakfast time. Coffee sachets milk and sugar for the room although requested at least twice. Although we had 2 sinks in the bathroom only 1 set of taps worked!!

Staff were very friendly and room was exceptional. We had lunch and dinner at hotel and enjoyed both. Spa treatment and leisure facility staff also very efficient

Amazing, will be back
I loved the friendliness of the staff and the room was massive, very comfortable and clean.
A little tube of toothpaste in the bathroom would have made it even better.
